The win was announced yesterday at the virtual 2021 North America SABRE Awards ceremony presented by industry trade publication PRovoke Media.
Destination Inclusion is a three-week topic-driven framework to encourage an inclusive culture within BCW and the broader lives of the agency’s employees. It included participation from global leadership; crowdsourced employee contribvutions; custom, on-demand learning content; and facilitations of personal assessments, microactions and weekly live discussions.In this first edition of what has become an annual program, the weekly topics covered personal culture/communications styles; power and privilege; allyship and upstanding; and subtle acts of exclusion. Destination Inclusion training is now part of BCW’s new hire onboarding program.
